The nitty-gritty... the gym work is what I love to help people with. If you are a gym-junkie, or have been too intimidated to ever set foot inside one, we can discuss training in a different environment.
Success is often achieved by enduring the sessions you DON'T want to do. The ones where nothing feels right, it's cold, too early or too 'something else'. We all have these days and having someone to help you through them is crucial.
Exercise Programming is a science and should to be done correctly, but you can 'science' all you like in the gym, you still need to get hot and sweaty, turning that science into hard work.
Started, and stopped.... a hundred times before? It's common. I've done it myself.
