Starting and stopping exercise, diets, lifestyle changes or anything of this nature is incredibly common. New Year's resolutions don't work either... I don't have to tell you.
Managing your body is largely about managing your mind.
In my experience, exercise can sometimes be the easy part. Staying motivated at home and motivated to get back to your next session can be where it gets hard. The goal is not to be permanently motivated (that doesn't happen), but rather to stay proactive and productive in the middle of your very normal motivational peaks and troughs.
There are hundreds of reasons why you might find you have started and stopped and sometimes the reasons are legitimate. Let's talk about why you are having trouble.
