My Programming is based on the science of Exercise Prescription and your goals, but my training style sees me rely heavily on my ability to communicate, motivate, encourage and empathise with my clients. My goal for each individual session is to ensure that you have had a good physical workout, achieved what we set out to, and have had some fun along the way. I want you to leave the session feeling like you have worked, achieved and are even a little empowered too.
Having trained a wide and varied range of people from Elite Athletes, 'Gym-Junkies' to first-time exercisers, I understand that it's important to get to know how to get the best out of someone. What type of encouragement do you respond well to?
Not everyone needs a Drill Sargent, but most people don't need someone to hold a clipboard and count their reps either.
