Exercise programming is me designing a program for you; for your body, your way of thinking, your challenges and your strengths and weaknesses. Results will come with effort, intensity and consistency, but why not ensure you're on the right path by allowing me to set up your program right?
I have been fortunate enough to go to University and be awarded an undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science, choosing then to continue on and complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation. At this stage I became an accredited Exercise Physiologist.
With this experience, I understand the value in ensuring a client's program is set out logically before the first warm-up is complete. As a former EP, I have prescribed exercise to client's with various health challenges, ensuring that they can rehabilitate their injury and/or illness and increase their functional strength and conditioning to improve the quality of their day-to-day life. I have also trained elite and sub-elite athletes.
Long-story-short, if you are looking to train, but are worried about an old injury or a sore body part, we can discuss it first and factor things in before we get you moving.
